About Us
The Tri-State Avian Society is organized for the purpose of:
1. Educating its members and the general public on the proper care,
nutrition, maintenance, and breeding of exotic birds.
2. Providing educational, informative articles, and pertinent
information whenever possible through the monthly newsletter.
3. Supporting avian research related to nutrition, reproduction, and
the study of disease in exotic birds through affiliation with the American
Federation of Aviculture.
4. Encouraging the ethical and constructive interactions between its
members and fellow aviculturists.
