Avicultural Society of Tucson

About Us

We are the Avicultural Society of Tucson (AST) which is a 501c3 non-profit, educational organization. The main objective of AST is to share information about birds, to educate new bird owners as to the proper care, diet, housing and socialization of their birds, as well as share possible dangers to their birds, in order for them to live a long, happy, healthy life.

We also have an Adoption/Rescue Program which has been very successful since about 1994.

Meetings

We meet the second Sunday of each month from 1:30 pm to 4 pm at the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge, 3445 N. Dodge, Tucson, AZ
