About Us

Purposes of the Club:

a. To ensure the preservation and propagation of all birds.
b. To exchange knowledge,experience and info relative to the care and breeding of all birds.
c. To present exhibits, activities and competitive events to further educate club members and the general public.
d. To keep members and the general public informed of laws and regulations of the US and other countries affecting aviculture.

Meetings

Meetings are held on the second Sunday of each month at 2:00 in the afternoon at the Niota Elementary School in Niota, Tennessee. Take exit 56 off interstate 75, approx. halfway between Chattanooga and Knoxville. School is located 2.7 miles from I-75, just off Highway 11.

Events

Annual Spring fair will be held on March 8 and 9, 2003 at the Niota Elementary School in Niota, Tennessee. Hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM both days. Dr. Scott McDonald, DVM will be there on Sunday March 9 only, for surgical sexing/exams/grooming, etc.
